Thomas Archer is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant, (ChFC), and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living® (CASL®). Before he and Jason Huntley founded Archer Huntley Financial Services, Inc., in 2001, Tom was affiliated with Merrill Lynch and John Hancock. Tom holds two bachelor's degrees in business administration-one in finance, the other in accounting-from Eastern Michigan University. He is one of fewer than 20 Certified Financial Planners® in Livingston County and enjoys solving financial planning challenges for his clients. Tom was born and raised in Brighton, Michigan. He is an active member in the Livingston Sunrise Rotary Club and chairs its Family of Rotary committee. He is also a member of the professional Financial Planning Association. Tom, his wife, and four sons all share a passion for hockey and are loyal Detroit Red Wings fans.
Prior to founding Archer Huntley Financial Services, Inc., with Tom Archer in 2001, Jason was affiliated with several well-known national brokerage and financial firms including Merrill Lynch and John Hancock. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in accounting, is a Certified Financial Planner®, and thoroughly enjoys working to strengthen the financial positions of Archer Huntley Financial Services' clients. As a long-time Livingston County resident and an active member of the community, Jason has held leadership positions in the Brighton Rotary, Cleary University's Leadership Livingston Program, BNI ® Brighton, BrightonB2B.com, the Brighton Jaycees, Tyrone Covenant Presbyterian Church, the Brighton United Methodist Endowment Fund, and the Lakeshore Pointe Homeowners Association. Jason also enjoys his time with his wife and five children.
Born and raised in Brighton, Tom Lampert has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining Archer Huntley Financial Services Inc, he worked with two Fortune 500 Companies. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Liberty University with a B.S. in Finance. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant, (ChFC), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). Tom understands the importance of maintaining a high level of education and planning expertise to navigate the ever-changing financial world. He also knows the importance of maintaining a team approach working with a network of tax and legal professionals.
As one of the creators of the Stewardship Planning™ Process, Tom shows retirees, widows, and business owners how to align their financial priorities with their values and life purpose so that they can be truer to themselves for greater peace of mind, freedom, and control in life.

Having experienced personal loss of loved ones, he has compassion reaching out to widows and widowers to help them avoid the mistakes that many make; and he helps them have hope, peace, and financial security for the future. He is a graduate of the Corgenius Grief Support Training program for financial professionals to understand the emotional, psychological, intellectual, and social ramifications of grief and how to support you when you experience loss and transition in your life.
Also, trained as a Certified Financial Coach with Dave Ramsey, (nationally known syndicated radio host of the Dave Ramsey show, and New York Times bestselling author of “Total Money Makeover”), he has a passion and heart for teaching people the Biblical principles of planning and investing in a common sense way to help them achieve financial peace.
His community involvement includes: Chaplain of Gideons International local chapter, Treasurer of Love INC of Livingston County, Howell Rotary International, member of the Planned Giving Roundtable of Southeast Michigan, President of the Senior Resource Group of the Brighton Chamber, and past speaker for the New Hope Center for Grief Support, various volunteer positions at his local church; and has facilitated various workshops and seminars.
Personal: He is married to Anne and has 4 children: Julia, Matthew, Sarah, & Hannah. He enjoys time with his family, traveling, the outdoors, putting puzzles together, playing cards and board games, and reading the Bible and other inspirational books. He has even appeared in a couple movies!
Lisa Spitler has an extensive marketing and advertising background working in that field for 34 years. She started her career in 1988 where Brighton was one of her first territories. Lisa loved the Brighton area so much she moved here in 1993. Driven by tenacity and passion she is a natural galvanizer when it comes to creating new and exciting plans for individuals and companies.
Over the years Lisa’s passion for volunteering and helping others has shined through in her life. During her years in Brighton, she has volunteered in Brighton Area Schools, raised money for many nonprofit organizations, volunteered at local assisted living homes, substitute taught at the local elementary and middle schools, she served on parish council for over 3 years at St Patrick Catholic Church as well as being a part of organizing the outreach programs for the church and spearheading local community group businesses as well.
Lisa began her professional career at Trader Publishing Co. where she achieved the #1 salesperson in the Country for that Company, she subsequently worked 13 years before stepping back to focus on raising her children. During that time, she worked with the family business on outreach and marketing.
Lisa began her financial services career in 2012 and quickly found she had a knack for the health insurance and Medicare. She provides valuable services like small and large group benefit planning. The need for restructuring company’s benefits program has become more important with the rising cost of insurance as well as maintaining the respect of their valued employees. She has received both recognition and awards from Healthcare.gov in individual insurance brokering. Year after year she received the “Circle of Champions” award.
After joining the Archer Huntley Financial Services team in 2018 she became an Investment Advisor Representative but her passion for helping others in health insurance and Medicare has always stayed a priority to her. Lisa specializes in one of the most difficult fields to navigate but enjoys solving problems daily.
Lisa graduated with honors from Oakland University with her Bachelor of Integrative Studies Degree, a minor in Philosophy, and a minor in Christianity Studies.
Heather AeschlimanHeather Aeschliman has been married to her husband Aaron for over 25 years. They have a 6 amazing children, living in Boston, St Louis, Rexburg Idaho and here, in Howell Michigan. The family enjoys vacationing, board games, and karate. Heather personally loves stage managing local theater and yoga.
Working in the community is a priority for Heather. She is a Howell Rotarian and has served on the Livingston County Catholic Charities board for over 5 years. Additionally, she has worked for several years with BSA, Community Connect, Melonfest, Balloonfest, Habitat for Humanity, and Walk for Warmth. She was the 2022 Community Improvement person of the year through the Howell Chamber. Her membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has also given her many opportunities to serve locally and abroad.
Heather has been a financial services professional for the past 7 years. She attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah for two years and graduated from Michigan State University. Most recently she obtained her Master’s Certificate in Financial Planning from Oakland University in 2022 preparatory for her testing for the CFP exam. She has completed her Series 7, 66 and insurance licenses.
