Cynthia Chisholm

Client Relationship Manager

Cynthia Chisholm joined Archer Huntley Financial Services in February 2013. She has previous experience working in the financial sector and was licensed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange in 1992. She enjoys being part of an organization that is so committed to helping people realize their financial dreams. Providing an exceptional client experience is very important to Cynthia. She believes that listening to client's needs and responding to them in a quick and efficient manner is key to establishing that trusted client relationship.

She has enjoyed volunteering in a customer service capacity at St. John Providence Hospital. While her children were younger she assisted in various capacities at the school, including being a treasurer for the Parent Advisory Committee. Now that her children are older, she thoroughly enjoys being involved in Toastmasters and has recently been elected Treasurer.

Cynthia moved to South Lyon four years ago and enjoys the close proximities of the various State Parks and Metro Parks in the area. She enjoys being active and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Colin, have been married for 24 years and has two children Isaac (19) and Allison (18) who keep her busy with their various athletic activities.

As the Client Relationship Manager, she encourages clients to call with various servicing aspects to their accounts, which includes preparing paperwork for distributions, address changes, changing/establishing/cancelling systematic contributions and distributions to name a few.

Although she is not able to offer investment advice, she is able to provide your account values. There may be times when the advisors will make recommendations to change how your portfolio is being invested. This may require a form to be signed so she may reach out to you by phone or email to get this processed.

She also periodically looks to see if everything is in good order with your accounts, such as beneficiaries. Life changes and often times people don't consider updating beneficiaries on their investment accounts. This is a big task but one that is quite important so any updates that are required by either myself or your advisor will be contacting you to discuss those changes.
